Sacred Cross EMS is an EMS Provider licensed by the State of Texas Department of State Health Services under the direction of our Medical Emergency Director, Dr. Sean Flemming, M.D. All of our ambulances are licensed Mobile Intensive Care Units which means that our crews consist of both a Paramedic and a Emergency Medical Technician.
